Patient Outreach Coordinator – Chicago
New Teeth Chicago Dental
We are seeking a Patient Outreach Coordinator who excels in communication—both over the phone and in person—and can multitask efficiently while maintaining a warm, positive demeanor.
Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Engaging with prospective and existing patients via phone, text, email, and in-person interactions
Following up with leads and consultation no-shows to encourage rescheduling and treatment acceptance
Assisting with appointment scheduling and coordinating patient visits
Educating patients on treatment options and next steps
Collaborating with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience
Maintaining accurate notes and updates in patient records and CRM systems
Make persistent follow-up calls and reach out to patients who inquired about our services but have not yet moved forward with treatment
Return patient calls related to scheduling, follow up with previous leads, and book appointments using our dental software
Build trust and credibility for the doctor and the office team—both in person and over the phone
Assist patients with third-party financing to help them break treatment fees into manageable monthly payments
Demonstrate the ability to quickly build rapport, overcome objections, and motivate patients to pursue treatment that supports their health, function, and aesthetics
This position requires consistent outbound calls and daily phone communication with patients. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a can-do attitude—someone who takes initiative, follows through on tasks, and thrives without the need for constant supervision. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Clinical Team Leader to join our dynamic team, specializing in All-On-4/All-On-X full arch restorations.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Proficient understanding of both analog and digital workflows for All-On-4/All-On-X treatments
Experience with 3D printing and milling technologies
Familiarity with photogrammetry systems (I-CAM4D preferred)
Skilled in intraoral scanning and EXOCAD design
Collaboration with in-house lab technicians to coordinate surgical cases and delivery of final prostheses

Quickly build rapport with patients, overcome objections, and motivate them to move forward with care that supports their health, function, and aesthetics.
Establish credibility for the doctor, the NTC team, and the brand—both during consultations and over the phone.
Follow up with such persistence and professionalism that our center stands out as the clear and only choice for their care.
Assist patients with third-party financing through our trusted lending partners.
Review and obtain signatures for all informed consent forms and patient obligations prior to surgery.
