Patient Outreach Coordinator (Chicago) New Teeth Chicago Dental
Buusy Dental Implant Center in the heart of downtown is looking for a Patient Outreach Coordinator with excellent communication skills on the phone, and in person with patients and can multi-task with a smile. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Persistent follow-up calls and reaching out to patients who inquired about our services but didn’t move forward with treatment.
- Returning patient calls regarding scheduling appts, making follow-up calls to old leads, and scheduling patient appointments into dental software.
- Build credibility of the doctor and the office team with patients in person and over the phone.
- Help patients with 3rd party financial arrangements to break treatment fees into monthly payments.
- Must have the ability to build rapport with patients quickly, overcome objections, and motivate patients to come in and get their treatment done for their health, function, and aesthetics.
**This position requires consistently outflowing/ and calling patients and taking phone calls daily The ideal candidate must have a CAN-DO attitude and be a self-starter with the drive and initiative to complete tasks without constant supervision. This person’s responsibilities will include but are not limited to.
- Understanding full analog and digital workflow for the all on 4/all on X concept
- 3D printing and milling skills.
- Understanding of photogrammetry ( I-CAM4D)
- Understanding of intra oral scanning and EXOCAD This position requires working alongside and coordinating surgeries/ final prosthesis with our in house lab techs.

New teeth chicago dental implant center is seeking an amazing Implant sales/treatment consultant to join our team, NO DENTAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED, training is provided. What is required is:
- The ability to build rappor quickly, overcome objections, & motivate patients to get the care done for their health, function & aesthetics.
- Build credibility of the Dr and the NTC team and NTC brand during consultation & on the phone.
- Be so persistent in your follow-up that our center stand out as the only choice for their care.
- Help patients with 3rd party financing for their care via our reputable lending partners.
- Explain/ have patients sign all informed consents & their obligations prior to their surgery.
